Will is an associate attorney and compliance officer, and has been with the firm since 2013. 

Will graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Cincinnati College of Law in 2014, a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 2009. He specializes in collections, commercial and consumer litigation, regulatory compliance, audit, bankruptcy, leasing, landlord-tenant law, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act consulting.

Will is a member of the Ohio Creditor’s Attorneys Association, National Creditors Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar association and is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
